[gnome – mate] fedora 21, disable horizontal scrolling

to disable the horizontal scrolling you can see this post (work for fedora too)

With that feature, i have the problem, that when i use scroll (middle button mouse), automaticaly my fedora 21 (mate), change the workspace.

After the disable, this problem disapear.
